How about blue/green and silver. That way you have a blend of your favorite colors. You could have a theme of virtues that you wish your marriage to be blessed with: luck, love, happiness, compassion, passion, wisdom, strength, longevity, hope, honor, trust, etc. Maybe print these words and any others on antiqued paper or baloons as decoration. Your guests might also be asked to list a virtue that they hope your marriage will have in your guestbook. You could tie these words into your favors, your invitations, and your programs.

I think combination of blue and silver looks great. And if u make this a color theme for the whole thing it will look beautiful.

You can still convey luck with out going vegas or campy, maybe fill your wedding with subtle luck concepts.

Make each table a diffent luky item instead of table number. i.e. a horse shoe, four leaf clover, rainbow, shooting star, pot of gold rabbits foot (ok maybe not that one)

Give scratcher tickets as favors

Green and blue may not be the best color combo but you can pick one as your main color that then add the other for accents.

I think, sorry to say, that basing your wedding on something with a "luck" theme sounds very cheezy. If you do some kind of luck theme with green, you'll need little leprechauns.

Blue and green would go together okay, if they are pastel, soft colors. Especially if you add a touch of pastel pink and yellow, and there's plenty of white to offset it all.

well green/luck reminds me of four leaf clovers....how about something in soft aqua as a blend...maybe something on the side of a tranquil garden with fresh streams. anyway, that's what comes to mind at the moment. peace and happy nuptuals.
