Contact the employer, if by Feb 15th you have not received the W2 call the IRS and file a W2 complaint.

Nothing.
The law is that it must be MAILED by 1/31, not that it should be in your hands by 1/31.

rule is, companies are required to POSTMARK by 1-31. IRS tells you to wait at least until MID FEB to get W2s....be patient.
