obesity in children is always a good one, u can compare the activity level and eatinghabits from today with for example 20 yrs ago. how kids spend more time on computers and in front of tv's instead of outside playing. also u could compare the diets of the schoolsystems from being sumwhat healthy back then to pizza and fries and stuff now adays
