ive seen so many couples where the ''male'' is like 6'2 or taller and the ''female'' is like 5 feet tall. why is this ? who are really tall girls suppose to date?

Most guy dated girl shorter to make them feel like a man. If they dated someone taller than they might feel like their girl has more power. Besides they don't want know one that can beat there a**.

I don't think the couples you are seeing chose to date each other largely because of height. I've dated many "short" girls (I'm 6'2.5") and I've dated many in-between, and a few tall (5'10") girls. Do I have a preference? Yes. I prefer a girl who is 5'7"-5'10". Will I not date a girl purely because she is "vertically challenged"? Not at all. I gotta admit, when I dated a girl that was 5'10", I was in heaven. I never had to bend down to kiss her, or have her stretch to kiss me. It was awesome.
I guess the other question is, do you truly feel you are being discriminated against because of your height? I mean, look at Tom Cruise. He's always dated women taller than himself. Not all men are secure enough to do that, but maybe, you can accommodate that insecurity by not wearing heels, for one, and maybe wearing outfits that make you look shorter. I know, that's kinda sucky to think about, but hey, it's a small price to pay. The alternative is to move somewhere where there is an abundance of tall men.
Ultimately, all I can offer you is encouragement that their are many tall men out there who would date tall women. And as with any circumstance, you cannot control the timing of when things fall into place. And, of course, you cannot control your height (except on the basis of the shoes you wear). Maybe you could try dating a shorter man. You might find that his confidence makes up for his height deficit.

I never reallly noticed that. I'm like 5 foot 8 inches at thirteen and lots of the guys are taller, but they don't date short people. But right now alot of boys are shorter, so when the tall guys do date short people it really is kinda irritating.

My ex is 6'4" and I'm 5'3". I liked tall guys and he liked shorter girls. Although neither of us went looking for that. I originally met him online and liked his personality. It was just an added bonus that I had found someone really tall.
We actually did have troubles with some positions, like standing up and doing it. Also he would have to slouch way down to do doggy. Otherwise, I liked that he was like a big ol teddy bear.

I won't go near that one but I do know why they like short women and a pitcher of beer.
Really tall women should date short men for the same reason

Because they don't want to have to look up at the female which isn't fair because as a short female it hurts my neck when i look up at my husband who's tall but that's my guess on why they like short females.

Personally, I love all girls. tall or short. and im 6'1 Yet to answer your question, I believe, it s so that there little body part.... looks bigger to her.
myself though, I find a tall girl hot just as much as any girl. As long as she likes me for me, and doesn t try to change me, I love her.
( though right now, even though I broke up with my ex in sept. , the pain of losing my ex, hurts deep still, that it makes me frightened to open myself up to anyone else , i wish the pain would go away, but i dont know how to get rid of it every time i try,....it comes back

yeah, i know-i'm a guy and it seems that way too!
my beef is this: i'm 5 10 and have a strong attraction to tall women but they won't date me bc i'm not tall enough (they are usually 5 10- 6)
i tell them "tall guys date short chicks so who you gonna date?" and they give me attitude. pisses me off.
i like girls my height thats all. i think its great kissing some one on my level! i had a girl likle that once and miss it. all my recent gfs have been bt 5- 5.5 a shorties! i'm sick of it!!
so, if you are a tall girl-plz give a guy your height a chance. i understand not wanting one shorter but at least your height is ok!!

I prefer the smaller lady myself even though I'm 6 ft 2 ins. Something about 5ft 1ins is perfect. ;-)

I like women who are of all sizes, I've been with from 5'2" to 5'11". I'm 6'2"
