I would say no. You two broke up for a reason. Not ones that I know of but still. and If he wants to get back with you eventhough he has a girlfriend still then that there is just asking for trouble. Forget him and move on, you deserve more than this. And if hes going about it this way then if you were to take him bak how would you know he wouldn't do the same thing to you for some other girl? The thing is if he leaves someone for you...he will leave you for someone. Make sure he is trust worthy, remember why you broke up and if the circumstances are right CONSIDER going back to him only if he is ready to tell his gf the truth and tell her respectfully (the way he treats her he will treat you) I never believe you should move on unless everything points to that directon.
