if the amps are peak 200w, and the speaker is 300 watt RMS, then nothing will happen.

if theyre both peak or both RMS, you could blow the sub, or you could just not turn the amps to max power.

its smarter to underpower a sub though. use one of those amps. will give it far better sound quality (putting an amp on each voicecoil doesnt give very good SQ)

If you mean 2200 watts and not 2X200 watts then it will play for awhile. If try and push the speaker beyond it's thermal limits it will eventually burn out the coil. If it is a 2X200 watt amp then you most likely can brigde it for 400 watts or so. better match for your speaker. It's much more complex than that but, that's the quick down and dirty of it.

For one, you can't put two amps on one speaker. So the answer is you'll see smoke.
