If God is All-Mighty and All-Knowing, then what makes certain Churches believe that Lucifer (or Satan) completely ruined God's plan? Wouldn't have God already known that Adam & Eve would partake of the fruit like Satan wanted them to?

God put Adam & Eve on the earth for a reason...to "replenish the earth." He put man on earth to gain knowledge and experience. Adam & Eve were in paradise before eating the fruit. They didn't know happiness. They didn't know sadness. They didn't know right from wrong or good from bad. When Adam & Eve ate the fruit, they felt sadness. They knew what it was like to not feel happiness.

This was a part of God's plan. God used Lucifer as a key element to making His plan come to life. There is no such thing as Original Sin. Man isn't cursed. Man only curses himself if he chooses to, which is why God gave His children free agency, or the ability to choose right/wrong.

Man must endure trials to overcome weakness and gain testimony and faith.

When Hitler slaughtered over 10 million people, God had absolutely nothing to do with that. Hitler made his own choices. He chose to kill people. God didn't make him or force him to.

See, there is the problem...people have to assume that God is the reason for people's suffering and it's not. We aren't little dolls that God plays with. We make our own decisions. Most of these decisions are desires or wants. Some of the decisions are because we are enslaved to something else like drugs, or pornography, these we CHOOSE to take part in before our conditions reach their consequences get stronger.

Some of those decisions we can't help because we're mental disabled. God also has a plan for those people as well. He doesn't curse anybody. God is merciful, yet just. He's partial. He gives everybody their just due in the end.

I guarantee you that Christ was fair to Hitler during his judgment, no matter how miserable and horrible of a person him and his works were.

P.S. We DON'T provide our own salvation alone. This is why Christ Atoned for the sins of he world. We look to Christ to keep us strong through true and honest repentance. He keeps us worthy to receieve the eternal blessings of our Father In Heaven.

Without Christ and His sacrificing love, there can be no plan for us. Heck, we wouldn't even be resurrected after we die...we would just simply be in eternal darkness for eternity and that would be the end of life.

We need Christ in every aspect of life - prayer, Baptism, repentance, marriage, blessing and annointing of the sick, even when we reach death. We can do nothing without Christ, which is why we always remember Him and his undying love for us.

Once again, only through Christ can we be with the Father. Think about that...

That may be your interpretation of those events and you are entitled by virtue of free will to believe that if you choose. For one thing, the devil didn't ruin God's plan. You are correct about God knowing beforehand what was going to happen. But that in no way presumes any defeat of God by Satan (as Kenneth Copeland and his ilk would have us think), nor does it mean that we are not all born under the curse of sin and death. Your decision leaves with you in the precarious position of providing your own salvation. You should look to temporal means (intelligence, reason) to resolve temporal issues, but not for spiritual answers.

no i disagree. I have strong faith and a religious education. I have seen in history and in the present that satan often makes attacks directly against leaders in the church and has corrupted and twisted many things involved and surrounding the church. Secondly you must agree god is "everywhere" so yes god is not only in some building. The building "church" is a creation from man to pay homage and to assist in spreading the word. Fact is the word of god is being spread right now between us and many others everywhere in the world. That isn't secluded to churches or to Christians! well the "symbol" of the bread and wine that's about faith isn't it? I used to eat the wafers out of the package when i was young but yes never would i disgrace the sacrament once it was blessed and transformed to the body of Christ. So if one doesn't have faith then it would be just a symbol to them. hmm just accept jesus and you are saved has much more merit than you are giving it! Actually i believe not reading the bible by the Catholics has been a poor choice. They are one of the few sects that do not promote the personal reading of scriptures. The attitude of the church has been that an educated priest will instruct the parish as so not to have the bible thumping southern style of ignorance in interpreting the bible. kinda a catch 22 there! by the way the media sources do enough whispering on his behalf now that I would consider most Christians are falling down anyways and will not get back up.

Ah, yeah, so it's God's will then that everything else happens? God was cool with Hitler killing more than 10 million people? God was cool with the Mountain Meadow massacre in Utah?

If God is using Satan as the "bad guy" so Jesus can come along and look like the "good guy", then you miss the whole point of salvation to begin with. What about all the people who are so messed up by Satan that they don't come to know Christ? Is it God's will for them to die in sin?

The Bible says it is not God's will that any should perish. Just because God knows you're doing something doesn't mean He approves.

I dont think they have any basis... First mistake is making the assumption that the serpent, Satan, and Lucifer are all one and the same entity.. they dont appear to be at all, I havent a clue where that connection came from.. there isnt any old testiment history to suggest that they are all one and the same .. quite the contrary actually...

It sounds like you answered your own question. God does know all. Satan can not and could not destroy God's plan.
