i asked out this girl, we talked for hours and she just wants to b friends. she likes me and had a crush on me but doesnt want to b in a relationship. we are still hanging out and she is still affectionate towards me. im going to ask again but probably in a couple of months or when she gives me a clue. any ideas how i can win her heart? cant understand u girls. arg!

i think i know what might be going on..some girls are just like that..im a girl and i've done this a few times myself. I have a crush on someone thats likes me too and the conversations are great but for some reason I convince myself I dont want to be in a relationship. The problem usually has something to do with risk. She is probably thinking you are not worth the risk. This is not a bad thing though.This risk includes the fact that if she lets you in she's risking the chance that you might break her heart one day. You see some girls like trying out every guy that comes along while others (your girl) wants to make sure your worth her time. Again this is not a bad thing since you just need to show her you are.

Maybe she's never had a boyfriend before and she is scared about what might happen or maybe she just came out of a bad relationship. Perhaps she wants to just be friends. I have felt all of these at once and it is very confusing I think waiting a while and asking her out in a couple of months is a good idea of yours. Yes...I have heard we are very complicated creatures. HAHA. Well...the best advice I could give you is to be yourself cuz who else could you be right?! Do things to make her feel safe maybe its a trust issue she has show her that you want HER not a RANDOM girl, If you keep asking her out and doing this she will get the message. And the sweetest thing a guy could eevr let a girl know is that they will NEVER leave her and will ALWAYS be there for her whether its romantic or not. I really hope this helps you. Good Luck! =]

You want this girl as a gf. She is unsure how to proceed. Don't beat her over the head with your intent. Let things unfold naturally.
Better to keep a friend than to lose one altogether. Sometimes, love blossoms over time AND sometimes it doesn't. Be a friend. Many, many people have seen treasured friendships develop into something more when they "kept their cool."
Sometimes, the one who is the most resistent to romance is the one who falls in love the hardest when they realize that they really need the person who has been there the whole time.

Maybe she's just afraid to get into a romantic relationship with anyone at this time, or maybe she feels she's not ready to settle down with one person. Keep your friendship and hang out all you want with her, but don't wait for her exclusively. Date other girls and have a good time. If she's interested in a romance with you, she should come around in time. If not, you still have your other options. People are people. We girls don't understand you guys either.
