I'm looking for a really good hairspray to hold curls but keep them bouncy, a good conditioner or treatment for dry or damaged hair, and finally a good spray on or comb through treatment to protect you hair when using heated appliances.

Any suggestions?

Do not use a hairspray. Hairspray contains alcohol, which will dry out your hair and it will make it dry and then your hair will break off. Use a setting lotion called LottaBody apply it to wet/damp hair then use plastic, snap on, magnetic rollers, then let your hair dry naturally. Your curls will be soft, shiny, bouncy. For a the comb through spray use Mane 'n Tail Leave-In Conditioner Treatment. This product also detangles your hair and makes it stronger and conditions it. For a conditioner for damage or dry hair use Biolage by Matrix Conditioning Balm or Pantene Pro-V Daily Moisture Renewal Complete Therapy Conditioner for Dry-Damage Hair. Both products work really well.

For a good hairspray, I would recommend Kenra Volume spray, it really does hold well without weight. As a deep conditioner I would recommend something called Hiyashi 911. They come in packets. It makes your hair feel sooo good and it has protein. And for a leave in, I like to use Lanza and then when I blow dry I also use a shine serum called Repair and Shine by Farouk.... I used to work at a beauty shop, I've tried it ALL. LOL....

Personally, i dont use hairspray, but heat protection is best with V05. conditioners, well if you're willing to pay like loads for some then get to salon quick, but if you're thinking drugstores, like boots or something, try herbal essences (the pink one) its for damaged/dry hair. Also, use dont use the sprays you get daily. It really does make hair heavy and greasy,
