Sounds like you need to see a dentist as soon as possible to consult on whether or not they should be removed or if you possibly have an abscess developing. In the meantime you can take an over the counter pain reliever like aleve or motrin as well as anbesol gel for the inside of your mouth. The motrin will relieve the swelling and the pain. The anbesol will make your mouth numb to reduce your discomfort.

Go see a dentist right away and prepare yourself for the possibility of having to have them extracted. If you do have to have them removed, my biggest tip for recovery is to load up on Wendy's frosties. They feel great on your sore gums and if you buy 3 or 4 at a time, they keep really well in the freezer so you don't have to keep going out to buy more.

Sounds like you'll have to have an extraction or two. Just be forewarned, the sound is kind of gory. It won't hurt because of the anesthesia, but you'll feel pressure and hear a bone crushing kind of sound. Sorry, but it's true. ;) But anyway you'll feel better in a day after you get them removed.

Get your wisdom teeth remove. Get all four taken out at one doctor visit. Tell the doctor you would like to be under medication during the procedure.
