Get packets of ketchup or mustard from a fast food place. Tear open the ends and put them between the bowl and the seat under the support nubs. When somebodys sits, they get messy on the back of their legs.

Superglue on the toilet seat is always a classic!
or cut a jalapeno pepper in half and rub it all over the seat and handle....if it dont burn their bottom...then theres a chance they will rub their eye and get pepper juice in it...but ONLY if they DIDNT wash their hands...in that case, serves em right!

Put a thick layer of toothpaste the same color as the seat and cover it intirely!! I did this to my mom and it was hilarious!!! Plus it doenst hurt anyone like crazy glue would!!

I am assuming you don't want to kill the guy so I wouldn't use the snake... lol You could take all the toilet paper from the stalls. Or after he is inside you could jimmy the door so it will not open.

Fill the bowl with ice cubes, and I mean all the way to the top, and see if they notice before they commence their business.

plastic wrap, they never see it, and they will piss all over theirselves
Cut plastic wrap big enough to cover bowl, lift up seat and place plastic wrap on toilet bowl besure to stretch it tight. don't clsoe lid because that draws more attention to it! Good luck, have fun!
Don't use super glue unless you want to call the ambulance!
