Actually, if you get one like the morning of, or the day before, you can call your doctor, and they can give you an injection of cortisone right into the pimple. It makes it go away, FAST!

And the breakouts are probably due to stress. Try to make sure you're caring for your face good, but now is NOT the time to try and change your regimen, it takes a good 2-4 weeks for your skin to adjust. Don't squeeze any pimples that appear as well.

You might want to check this book out as well, great skin care tips from a dermatologist. Here's the amazon link:

BTW, concealer note: to use concealer, try to make it about a shade DARKER than your skin--lighter will enhance the pimple. philosophy makes a great concealer that actually has 3 different shades, one light, one medium, and one dark, so you get a good shade. Also, put foundation on before concealer. After you've put on foundation, powder to set. Then apply the concealer. Then powder to set (use a translucent powder). If you still have some redness popping through, put a little more concealer, or even try a green concealer (I think Almay makes one in a lipstick type tube I use), because the green will counter act the redness. If you do use the green, put that on before foundation. Hope this helps!

I used a little bit of Preparation H from a BRAND NEW TUBE the day before my wedding when I broke out BAD. It was actually a gag gift for my bridal shower, but it really came in handy.

Try it a few days before. Just put a little on your zit before you go to bed, and it should be gone the next morning.

Most likely its stress that is the underlying cause of these pimples. Try to stay calm.

And if you have a pimple on your big day, put some makeup over it so its not too obvious, and forget it. Don't let it ruin what is supposed to be your happy day.

I don't know about removing them, but I use Bare Essecntuals makeup (I am not sure if I spelled that right). But the coverage this stuff gives is wonderful, better than any liquid makeup I have ever tried.

p.s. relax, everything will be fine and at the end of the day, you will be married to the love of your life and nothing else will matter. :)

A month is a ways off.
Pimples as you may have guessed can be caused by stress, hormonal changes (your period) and diet. Stay away from fried and greasy foods, try to take it easy and if the wedding is around your period, you're on your own.

Weddings, especially your own can be stressful but think of the honeymoon!

If I was you I would schedule an appointment with the dermatologist. One thing you shouldnt do is start putting all kinds of crap on your face...chances are that stuff will make matters worse before making them better. I found out the hard way that I was allergic to salicylic acid (pro-active) and benzoil peroxide (Miderma), it was awful! Pimples turned into blisters on my face, please dont make the same mistake I made!

A quick way to reduce of the redness is to use ice. I heard it somewhere...just don't remember where. You could also see a dermatologist guy (skin doctor).

Pour Listerine on cotton balls...the antibacterial stuff in them will help them to go away sooner. Noxema is good, too.
