Possibilities:
1 You just think it's that way. Pick somebody else; a prof or random girl in your class, and see how often you really see people.
2 His schedule is different from yours.
3 He read your "Should I stalk him?" question, and is now thoroughly busy avoiding you.

He's probably on the other side of the campus and/or has a completely different schedule than you. If you want to see him so badly, why not suggest you guys meet up for lunch?

Maybe God the Father Almighty is trying to give you a subtle hint about your crush (that he's not the right one for you so stop mooning over him and move on, or even better, concentrate more on your education than on potential boyfriends).
