You need some help. Go to your family doctor. NOW.
Everyone cries, feels helpless, and feels weak - at times. For you to be this distraught, you're probably depressed - and don't even know it. Go to your doctor, Sweetie - it'll help you so much.

I'm not a big crier for whatever reason. I'm pretty emotional, just not a crier.

Listen to "I am a Rock" by Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel. It is a simple song yes, but hopefully it will make you feel better. Soothe yourself through music or art, and express yourself through writing and poetry. "The Voice Within" by Christina Aguilera is another good song.

I don't know why some people cry more than others. I'm truly sorry to hear that you're hurting so much inside. Venting your anger, frustration, and hurt through other means such as music, art, and writing will be more helpful in sorting out your feelings instead of self-destruction.

I'm here to talk to if you need someone.

Everyone goes through this, and there's nothing you can do to stop hurting. You cannot change yourself or how you feel. If anything I think men are more hurt by rejection and being dumped than women.

It's one of the phases of getting over someone. Do what you can to fill your schedule with activities. Make sure to spend some time with the girls.

You need to realize that maybe he wasn't the one for you. You're sitting at home at your computer desk weeping for someone who doesn't deserve this much attention. Your one and only someone is out there waiting for you.

Try to boost your self esteem, have some chocolate, watch your favorite television show, and buck up. This person is not the only one you will ever love. ♥

Its not being weak its making you stronger, thats one thing a about women, we are stronger emotionally when it comes to overcoming the worst situation, Live and learn and keep going. Crying lets out the pain, thats the problem with most men they don't know how to release the pain without taking it out on someone else or doing it in ways toharm themselves.

*Women* don't *have* to cry. People sometimes do, though. The cultural assumption that crying=weak=woman is false and unfair. There's no need for you to be more like a man or more like a woman, just more like a human, and crying is part of what it means to be human. That's okay.

as for the pain behind it, I don't know enough about it to say anything, but I'd suggest talking about it to someone you trust: teacher, friend, parent, friend's parent...

Sometimes the only way of helping yourself can be by letting it all out by crying..
You shouldn't feel that it's a sign of weakness, but strength. You're strong and confident enough to show your emotions. Don't deal with it alone, if it's serious, be around your friends and family afer your "alone time".

Honey I hardly ever cry. Once you have had the ultimate hurt then nothing else seems to phase you but some women just are. It is like a temper or anything else you just learn to control it.

It's all part of human nature...men cry too, but don't show it. Its okay to experience hurt, it'll make you stronger... take it as a learning experience. Feel better!
