Dempsey would've eaten this guy alive by the 7th round. Jack Dempsey was one of the most fierce fighters ever and there's no way Valuev could match his intensity. Valuev barely beat JOHN RUIZ (yes, that John Ruiz) in a hotly disputed decision, so how on earth would he beat a fighter like Dempsey? You think Dempsey would've had trouble beating Ruiz? No way! Dempsey chops this big guy down like a tree! Timberrrrrrrr!

Without question Brent F hit the nail on the head. Ringside reporters who watched the Willard-Dempsey fight wrote of women becoming sick at the sight of Willard being bludgeoned by Dempseys relentless fists. Valuev would suffer the same fate probably worse. Dempsey KOs this giant within 4 rounds.

I'm going with Valuev.
Dempsey was 6'1 and the heaviest he ever was was 194 pounds.
Valuev is 7 feet tall and weighs in around 325. More importantly, he's no Primo Carnera. He comes from one of the finest amateur programs in the world and definitely knows how to box - very light on his feet and great balance for such a big guy.
