Get some juicy halopenos (fresh) and scoop out the middles, stuff with cream cheese, breadcrumbs and cheddar, batter and deep fry.
Big rump steak - cut a pocket in it, stuff with roquefort cheese and scotch bonnets, grill for a couple of minutes each side. The juices will drive you wild.

Spicy Asian Chicken:
4 chicken breasts
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
Lightly oil a glass baking dish large enough to hold chicken in a single layer.
2. Place chicken breasts in dish. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring to dissolve sugar, and pour over chicken. Bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
