Sounds like when I was a kid and would get a sort of deja vu feeling. It's kind of like your mind has lost it's bearings and you have to get centered again. Goosebumps and a nagging feeling in the back of your mind that things are somehow a bit 'off'.
You are not alone in this.
Lot's of people have feelings and sensations like this, some due to one cause or another. Some have no obvious cause. My grandmother used to say that I was 'sensitive'. No, not the 'look at me funny and I'll cry' type. But I am guessing you know what I mean. People who don't understand will joke. Seeing things? Psychic? No. Don't read anything into it and don't label it.
You just pick up on things, feelings, 'vibes', that most people don't.
Take care.

When I was little I used to get this weird feeling which centred on the question "what am I?" - as in I didn't know what it was to be a human being. My other recurring question was "what would there be, if there was nothing?".
Mind-boggling for a six-year old. I think that's where my insatiable curiosity came from. And I'm now a journalist!
I'd suggest maybe taking some deep breaths, then starting with the small feelings which you can cope with. Have you considered talking to someone about it?

I can't say I go through the same thing exactly but sometimes I just don't want to be in a place and can't logically explain why. Just normal places, like a particular street or museum or even sometimes a place in work.
I think you're probably tapping into your sixth sense - the sense that alerted humans to danger (like when you can sense someone is watching you and you turn round and they are). Maybe you could try hypnotherapy to see if there's any historical reason for your feelings?

Sounds like you may suffer some kind of anxiety. I have had something similar in that there has been a few occassions whereby i have felt an intense urge to run - literally. I can feel something rise up in me, and then it feels like my heart is beating faster, but it is not! Then the feeling goes away within about a minute. But it feels like it lasts longer than that. I think it may have been a mild panic attack I was having. There are ways of controlling the anxieites but you may want to see a counsellor or something - someone who can give you better advice then I can!!

I think you have an anxiety about something but you are obviously very good at coping with it so well done. I have one anxiety and that is flying - I am lucky though because I can avoid that. I supose that if you ever feel it is too much to cope with you could discuss your feelings with your GP. Good luck

this emptiness contains everything.... but you will indeed experience this void, because it's part of experiencing the truth of what you are, which is the space in which everything happens, and as such, you can see how this emptiness contains it all
