Mmmm, yes, I love veal and I know how it comes to my table, thanks for asking. Does anyone know of a good "type/name/brand" of a dry white wine..... thanks!

Sauvignon Blancs work well due to their herbaceous characters. Any good one will do; you don't have to spend a ton of money. I would say if you are using 1/2 cup of wine or so a bottle in the $8 range is about right. You can drink the rest.

Try a Louis Jadot White Burgundy.

Have you any idea how veal comes to your table? Try Pinot.

Any Pinot Grigio will do they trick. Dry, but very tasty to drink.
