1. He will be thinking of her and not me.
2. You will be compared to her constantly.
3. When a man is still in love with another girl it will never work out.
4. That ex will be something he talks about often.
It is best to break things off with him and move on to someone who will return your love.

NO, i wouldnt date him, b/c then he'd be comparing me to the other girl all the time. the best thing to do is let him get over her.
