I don't get it. I'm smart, funny, athletic, a good cook, I am a healthy 205 lbs., I have a very good personality. What do I do?

Just be a good friend and get to talking to the girls and seeing what they like to do and go hang out with them make sure you respect them and dont be disrespectful to them.Treat them like the way a girl should be treated.

Problem is some girls like jerks-why I don't know. Maybe you are trying too hard-that can seem like you are desparate.
Try a dating service or speed dating.
Funny story-I met my husband through a personal ad and on a dare and a coin flip. He placed a personal ad in a local news paper, stating that he was a "Bart Simpson Type" . At that time I did not watch the Simpsons-so had no idea who Bart Simpson was. He received several responses-mine being one of the last. I only sent one in because my co-worker and I were reading them and dared each other to respond. We had to send a $1.00 for a processing fee. I only had a $1.00 on me-there were two ads that fit what I was looking for. I flipped a coin-Bart won. I sent in my response and forgot about it. About three weeks later I got a message from Bart-I was thinking of a guy I used to go to school with-I remember thinking why would Bart be calling me? Funny thing was Bart was Brian my husband to be-though I didn't know it. He had thought he met his new girlfriend-a different girl and had thrown out all of the responses-except for mine. He found out the girl was cheating-found my response and called me. Now its 16+ years and 4 kids later, Bart has morphed into Homer-just kidding!
You will meet the girl of your dreams-just be patient. It will be when you least expect it.

Stop worrying about it. The minute you go looking for someone, the more likely you'll end up with some golddiggin hussy. You seem like a nice guy with good qualities so give it time and the right woman will come along. Things happen in their own time so maybe you should be taking this time to work on you and get everything in order. We always have room for improvement. When the time is right, you won't even be looking for her and she'll be the woman of your dreams. Be patient!!!

take the beer hat off for starters
ok so maybe you need to romance the girls alittle more make them feel comfortable
it sounds like you have the makings of a really hot guy
but you need to put it together thats all um ok so when you are out with a girl look her in the eyes (but only 70% of the time)
what else say nice things about it and when you are out with the girl make her feel good and like you want to be there with her that will help alot

Most likely you are very busy with work or school and do not have time for a relationship.
You should step back and force yourself into more social events.
One theme i find common for those that have found love, they found it when they were not looking.

confidence.
confidence is what attracts me to a guy.
now note that i didn't say COCKYNESS.
a confident guy who is humble is way more attractive than a guy who thinks hes so awesome.
also, just be yourself and be nice.
wait until college, if you're not already there, there's more to choose from, and a wider variety of people that you haven't known since elementary school.
you'll find someone who's looking for you.

find the right girl for you..if not go on a blind date or something or a chat room....you hear about chat rooms all the time on the t.v phone up and give it a try its worth a go. or go out clubbing..:D good luck

If you have to ask no one can explain it to you. Basically....Well...(at your age)Girls want a guy that is an alpha male. Also, most girls (your age) hate themselves. So they don't respect any guys that respect them, or put them on a pedistool.
You have to treat girls like their idiots. Then they will brake their back to earn your respect.

Well it doesn't mean there's something wrong with you cause you don't have a girl.Go out,meet new people be open and you'll see everything will be ok no matter what.
