It's about $60 CASH (most, if not all county court houses will not take checks or debit cards). There is a 3 day waiting peroid and a 60 day use (after 60 days the license becomes void). You will both need to be present with proper ID to apply for the license.

I am not sure about WA because my Wife and I decided to not WAIT for the 3 day waiting period, and instead went across the border into Idaho, and got married at the Hitching Post :)

Our License was $50 I think, and fast :)
