I am 18 years old, I just heard of things like this happening, I have a sister that age, so this doesn't involve me personally, I just wanted to hear other peoples opinions.

It is disgusting! Whoever's doing it better stop. If the person who's giving it is as young as that, he's sexually molesting a child. And if you're receiving it, that's totally wrong. I think you need to talk to your parents about it, NOW! If I had their number, I would call them!
