You can have damage without pain, depending on what happened to your teeth. If you think you have some damage to them, get to a dentist. Good luck.

No pain does NOT mean not much tooth damage...If you have had a cavity for a while it can "eat" through to the nerve causing the nerve to "die" this can cause you to have no discomfort OR it can cause alot of discomfort. And remember, if you have a cavity your dentist needs to clean deeper than the cavity stretches so hope for the best but always prepare for the worst.

You can have dental decay without any pain.
Some people can have quite deep decay and have no pain.
It is really best to go see a dentist.
Also you could have problems with your gums with no pain, in a way this is a bigger problem as they are your foundation.
