"For who long" is better. You never want to end a sentence in a preposition.

both are correct, but you'd better not to use the second one in formal essay or speech, it would be considered as mistake. So, it depends what you need that FOR.

the seccond is utterly wrong.

there are cases where it is acceptable to end a sentence with a preposition (e.g. "what do you want it for?"), I don't understand the grammar behind it though.
