I assume you mean the United States Mission to the United Nations since the USA does not have an embassy to its own territory.

There is no US embassy in New York, a country does not have an embassy on its own territory.
You could go and ask though, haha.... It will be like the movie Pee Wee's Big Adventure when he goes to the Alamo and wants to see the basement (but there is no basement and everyone laughs at him)
