Well first off, medicine is just one part to help the disorder, there is no known cure for the disorder right now, but theres a lot of ways to make yourself alive and energetic at work, try things like washing your face and then reassuring yourself that the day will soon be over. There are many treatments for being bipolar, thats just one way i deal with it, there is shock treatment, i've never tried but sources tell me that it works.

After years of trying all the ways for recovery for bipolar and other disorders you need to know the truth. Your emotions are made from your aura and if you can manage your aura you will be able to avoid emotions that trigger the bipolar disorder. Remember you will have it all your life but you will get stronger in avoiding the relapse into mental wanderings. Tired at work is just depression and it is treated essentially the same way only it is a daily struggle.

Check with you're medical pro, generally Abilify does not cause fatigue and can increase a healthy energy level. Be persistent and assertive about finding the right meds for your individual needs.

Belief in GOD. I had a lady friend who was so severe that she had to be committed twice. After coming to the LORD and during the time she was in the Bible and prayer she no longer needed her meds. and was fine. I herd she has backslidden and is not doing well. Sorry no bad side effects with GOD, only good. You'll have to pay for expensive medication if you want the bad side effects.

Everyone reacts different to every medication. What works excellent for one person may not work at all for another. If you are in therapy than continue it and work with your psychologist to find the right medication or mix of medications for you.
