what he did to me was He had joined a website, looking for women for sex, saying that he is in a relationship but just wants to meet women for sex, for me that is a first sign of cheating. i dont know what would happen if i didnt find out, maybe he would have. From that i have unable to care for myself, i feel worthless. i am feeling so low about myself that i just dont care.

Did I understand this? You are planning to marry a guy, that you know was online looking for sex, and because of that, you have lost your self esteem?
Are you on something? Why would you want to marry someone like that? You need to dump him and find a decent man!

The first issue here is that what he did was wrong. You did nothing!!
The second issue here is that he does not respect women. Not just you but any women. You are a human being first and foremost and by that very fact have just as much value as any other human being.
Third issue! Do not have anything to do with him and look at the type of men that you choose to date. Make sure you change your type. You need to find a gentle and caring man to love and respect you.
I can tell you this from experience. My wife was abused and so was I. We both had to change our type and that allowed us to get together.

You should not feel "Worthless about yourself".
If you are in a relationship, and he is on-line looking for sex, that is not the first sign of cheating, that is cheating.
Why would you still want him for a boyfriend. You are so much better then that.
He is the totally worthless one, and he has absolutely no respect for you.
