Layla means Night: לילה

Erev means Evening: ערב

Another term for Dusk is "Ben HaSmashot"
(בין השמשות) which literally means "The time between the Suns", The moon is called the "small sun", so Dusk is the period of time after the sun sets and before it gets dark enough to see the moonlight..
