Umm i think if you increase your maximum UPLOAD speed then you get faster downloads but it eats up your download limit. I found that if you just leave your pc downloading and do not run any applications, the downloads go faster so i just leave my pc downloading while i watch tv!!

increase the bandwitch settings.
if its already increased, then it cant be faster than that.
