If you want her to smile, simply smile yourself. If she doesn't return the smile, there's a reason. Ask her about it.

you have to get her to laugh. its been said that a girl will do anything for you if you can make her laugh. and yes thats in a general sence. i can say from experience that girls do like to laugh and converse. they just want someone to listen. all you have to do is be yourself, try to understand her feelings, and make sure that your sincere. try to make her laugh but dont try too hard. its got to be perfect. just be nice. respect. gentle-man.
