My girl is in basic training and she said something like she has to get her flight info together will the military let her go (pay) for her to go more than one place or can she only go home then to her mos site

She is in the marines and they said she gets 10 days of leave off before she goes to her aint site

They "may" give her the time but they won't pay her bill! She will most likely have to go straight to her school.

The military will ONLY pay for the flight from Basic Training (BT) to the Advanced Individual Training (AIT) location. If she has time off between both BT and AIT, it would be her responsibility to pay for the flight.

It all depends on her orders, the date on the orders. There has to be time to fly and fly back. If her orders say she is going strait to AIT then that is where she is going. Dont worry she will have some off time after she has been there for a while, you can go see her. Even get a hotel room for overnight stay.

If I understand you...no...the Army will fly her from Basic directly to AIT...they have no time in between...
