you know the saying cold hands, warm heart? That's my excuse. Seriously though, I have the same problem, but I figure mine is from my low iron & anemia. You should check up with a doctor just in case.

Your toes and fingers are at the ends of the blood circulation so even when you're a tiny bit cold, or even warm, your finger and toes might be cold. It's really nothing to be worried about, it's a pretty common thing. If your skin changes color, there is obviously a problem and you should consult a trained and professional doctor instead of us (unless one of us is a doctor). Having large hands and feet is also another reason for poor circulation and you should keep staying healthy and fit!

A vitamin B-12 deficiency can cause that

I bet you don't eat pork liver, which is the best source,
1 ea 6 OZ pork liver is a 3 month supply of B-12

A common thing with vegans

You could have Raynauds Phenemomon. People that constantly skip meals like anorexics always feel cold. You are probably fine, but if you notice your fingers changing color, I would talk to your doctor. Its not poor circulation. That would mean you had a bad heart and that is nonsense. You would then have other symptoms like fatigue and shortness of breath. You are healthy.

For one they are the extremities of the body. So like a heater, the further away you are , the colder you get. Also small area coverage so toes and fingers lose heat faster. And this is normal for everyone.

Maybe you have bad circulation of the blood, though you are in perfect health it may just be your indicators telling you that your temp is dropping

the body prioritizes your torso first when trying to keep warm because it contains your organs, and it sacrifices the furthest points from the torso first; the hands and feet, or more specifically the fingers and toes.

Because you're a no-good teenager that needs to listen to your mother when she tells you to put on socks and gloves.
