Dark chocolate is the highest in anti-oxidants, but despite what I see a lot of people saying, white chocolate is chocolate. It is made from cocoa beans, just only the butter from them is used without the solids. Cheap imitation products labeled things like "white chips" are not white chocolate, but I promise you, real white chocolate is chocolate. While I don't know about the fat content comparisons between white chocolate and milk, I do know that white doesn't contain caffeine.
Edit: I looked at nestle's chocolate and here's the facts (other than antioxidant content)
For a 43 gram serving (about a 5th of an 8 oz baking bar)
Bittersweet Chocolate::
Fat: 15 grams
Sugar: 15 grams
Dark Chocolate::
Fat: 15 grams
Sugar: 18 grams
Semi-sweet Chocolate::
Fat: 12 grams
Sugar: 25 grams
Milk Chocolate::

Sugar: 25 grams
White Chocolate ::
Fat: 14 grams
Sugar: 26 grams

Chocolate is NOT "bad" for you, as long as you eat it in small quantities. Dark chocolate is actually very good for your heart the same way red wine is - lots of antioxidants! Eating a small piece (say, two or three Hershey kisses) each night is not at all problematic, especially if you have an otherwise healthy diet.
White chocolate is actually not chocolate at all, and is not made from cocoa beans, therefore lacking the antioxidants that regular dark chocolate contains. Milk chocolate is just that - more cream is added to the mixture and, in my opinion, tastes the best. Dark chocolate is excellent for adding a little kick to certain dishes (spicy ones or meat dishes especially) and also makes great cookies!

Dark Chocolate is the best for your heart health. I'd assume white chocolate is the worst, but I'm not 100 % sure.
Chocolate isn't all bad for you as long as you don't eat to much in one sitting.

White chocolate isn't really chocolate at all. When the cacao bean is processed none of the bean remains in white chocolate. Dark chocolate in moderation is the best for you. Yes, chocolate can be high in fat and calories when eaten in great quantity, but if you were to want a small amount on a regular basis, dark chocolate is by far the best choice due to the antioxidants in it.

The darker chocolate is better from health perspective. The fact is that dark chocolate with 70% cocoa solids contains flavonoids which is the same compound found in grape juice, wine and tea which is one of great anti-oxidant (that prevents cancer). It also provide iron and some fiber. However, moderation is required.
Since the darker the better as far as as chocolate is concerned, it should answer the other part of your question.

Milk chocolate...it's more versatile. More recipes that use it. Chocolate isn't necessarily ALL bad, there are good points to it... most people just concentrate on the fact that the products made with pure chocolate are usually bad because of fat content and sugar that is added.
Even if it is bad...as soon as I deliver this baby and get rid of the gestational diabetes, I'm diving back into it head first!

My suggestion would be to eat less chocolate but of higher quality. That way the you maximize your pleasure, while limiting the impact on your health. Dark chocolate is considered to be less of a risk for health and you cannot eat as much of it.
For those who desire to minimize the impact on their health raw chocolate is an alternative. During the production of raw chocolate the cocoa is never roasted above 48 Celsius and thus the anti oxidants, vitamins and minerals stay in the final product. Some researchers even go as far as characterizing raw chocolate as superfood. This claim is however somewhat dubious.

Dark chocolate has the most antioxidents. White chocolate isn't actually chocolate. It contains cocoa butter and flavoring. White chocolate has the most fat and almost no value to us. One should have about 3oz of dark chocolate a day (which is great news!)

Coco is the ingredient used to make any chocolates.If any chocolate
you are eating without coco, we can not call it as a chocolate strictly. If one uses coco,the color should be definitely dark.And of course the chocolate which gives highest percentage of coco is tremendous is taste.So dark chocolate is the best and white chocolate(less coco percentile) is worst.
