I recently became garlic intolerant and it is very difficult to follow a garlic free diet. Any useful info would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You!

I would also suggest allrecipes.com, there are plenty of sites with recipes out there, just skip the garlic in the recipe you pick, it won't make a lot of difference in the flavor of most recipes.

Good luck!

Garlic is optional in most recipes- I would just suplement it with a little of the many flavourings sauces around. I am the same especially when it comes to uncooked garlic which I have ate unknowingly in some sauces in sandwiches when with friends.

go to advanced search in google
enter in garlic as a word you do NOT want to appear
then type in recipes in words you do want to appear
(you can also enter in some additional ingredients in the do search for words to narrow it down some)

Go to epicurious.com. Go to the Advanced Search. At the bottom after you put in your main ingredient and other ingredients you want, you can put in foods you want left out. Then it will spit recipes back at you.
