if your serious, when the string starts to come out the other end, please don't pull it it can mess up their intestines. Let it come out naturally and if it doesn't come out take the kitty to the vet. Good luck with the whole mitten thing!

actually...NO....in a week or less your cat will get constipated and soon after the wool with poke out its butt and you will have to pull it out so the cat can use the box...sorry but thats the only way....happened to me once

If she seriously did do that, she'll get constipated. If it won't come out naturally then take her to the vet's. Don't pull it out. That may cause damage.
