There is a woman I work with who I have developed a crush on. She and I used to butt heads on a regular basis but lately we have made a point to work together and I have kinda fallen for her. She is single and not dating anyone at this time as am I. I know that it is not smart to get involved with those you work with, but what if she would be the right person for me after all? I thought I would send her flowers just to see her smile from receiving them even if she never knows who sent them, I am torn between seeing her smile and enjoy the gesture and her finding out and maybe not being happy about it.

You seem like a very sentimental guy. Before you do this please decide how you want this relationship to go because flowers are a powerful weapon when used on some women. Do you know or just hope that she feels the same way. What if it only embarassed her and she never talked to you again? Personally I would prefer the hand delivery if I were her it would mean a lot more to her , don't you think?

I'm sorry, but I think that you should 'send the flowers anonymously' because you might actually get to see her 'big smile' and who knows, maybe someday you'll be 'brave enough' to ask her on a date, and just think of the two of you 'getting married' and you being able to send her 'the same bouquet' only this time with your name on it. GO AHEAD AND DREAM! and do send her those flowers.

Send the flowers but sign the card. If you are going to pay for them at least take a chance it will be to your benefit.

yeah suure but don't over do it...i mean...maybe u should consider a smaller bouqet..or small flowers that smell really nice la jasmine flowers...or sth special.if she get's them at work she shouldn't attract too much attention at the office...it should be personal...so a small but fancy bouquet on her desk should bring a smile on her face :D

That would be soooo great! I'm sure she would love it, even if she didn't know it was from you.. maybe on the card, you can have them put a "HINT' on it or something... I wish my husband sent me flowers!! he only does it when i'm mad at him hehe!

Do it and see what her reaction is. Tell her someone must really like her alot. Ask her does she have any idea who sent them? If she mentions your name, wink at her.
