How can I found out how to file a Motion Non Disclosure with the court, to keep employers from seeing previous background I dont quailify for expungement only motion non disclosure. without having to pay a lawyer $1000.00

Go to the Court where the records are being held. They should have a department there that can give you the proper forms to fill out and direct you on how to fill them out. There will probably be a small filing fee. For example, here in Family Court in Delaware, it costs $50.00 to file a motion. Good luck!
