It means that the One True God Still Answers all prayers, inspite of the fact that people may have a different perception of Him.

Well the answers are always the same, no matter which god you pray to:
YES,
NO,
or WAIT
Please note that you can get the same response by praying to any inanimate object of your choice, a brick, a soiled diaper. It doesn't really matter what. This is set up so that "god" is in a no lose situation, statistically. If it happens, then god answered yes. If it doesn't happen then god answered no, or maybe he wants you to wait some more.
Prayer is "answered" in exact accordance with the random chance of that event happening. Impossible events, such as amputees growing limbs NEVER happen. Possible events such as your cancer spontaneously going into remission will sometimes happen. Believers remember the "hits" and forget all the thousands and thousands of "misses". This is known as the Confirmation Bias, in statistical circles.

Well I believe that there is only one God of this world. Most religions believe in the same God. Some have different Gods, like Buddah and Allah. I think that wen people pray to God, he hears their prayers. We are all the children of God, and he wants us all to come back to him, so he helps by answering our prayers, if if we believe in a different form of him. He loves us all and wants the best for us, so he helps to guide our ways. Maybe that does not make sense, but That is the best I can explain it.

It means they are receiving answers.
Some may be from God, others may be from other entities.
If you aren't asking God, though, you cannot trust the answer to be in your best interest.
