Matthew 5:17-18
17"Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.
After His death and resurrection, we were no longer under the law but under His grace. The law is what makes a person conscious of their sin.
Romans 3:20
Therefore no one will be declared righteous in his sight by observing the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of sin.
So the law is still needed, in order for someone to know why they need salvation through Jesus Christ. And of course we should always obey the law of God.

Is that in Hebrews? Or is that a statement you made up?
The problem with the statement as is, is that if Jesus did not come to abolish the law, then why would have it been abolished after his death?
And how do you define law?

Through Jesus death and resurrection the Laws were abolished. But then he made laws even harder to accept.

Not exactly. He never abolished the law. He fulfilled it, yes, but he still wants us to obey the ten commandments, but luckily he doesn't ask us to do that all in our own strength. With his Spirit's help living inside us we can learn to obey the law and obey his leading. Jesus still hates sin.Breaking the ten commandments is sin and he died to it so that sin and Satan no longer have power over us believers in Jesus.

That is what he said on the Mount of Olives and he did just that and by doing so he defeated both the devil and Hell so that we may have hope and have a choice but you must understand that despite what you may hear differently that objects to what I'm about to tell you there is no other way to enter into the kingdom of Heaven except through Jesus Christ by accepting him as your Lord & Savior, walk in faith and live by his teachings every day unto the end.
We may fail and fall short of God but because God is merciful and God loves us we are forgiven even if others do not forgive but we also must learn and try to better ourselves with the Lord so we don't fall back into the temptaion and sin again.

No, I agree with the first part, but not one iota of the law will pass away as Jesus himself said.
