It is saying: "The children are in bed. And Carla?" So, you would tell them if Carla was in bed or not. Either "si" or "no." Or "no se" which means "I don't know."

You can answer with pretty much anything....
ie: Salió con sus amigas, Se está bañando, or No ha regresado de la tienda.
