Why stop. Sounds like u have a little happiness after alot of unhappiness for a change. Just set your boundaries and know that it will never be anything more than what it is right now.
Dont tell him anything, just roll with it. As long as you keep your mentality of just being what it is, then anything more will just be a plus.
In the meantime, get rid of the bf. Buy his portion of the house out, or push him out by being a total nag. He will wanna leave then. No point in dwelling in the same place. Thats just crazy.

if the sex is good you should just keep enjoying it.
you need to resolve your domestic situation, either by fully separating or by accepting living with one and being serviced by another, or you could resume sexual relations with your bfriend as well as keeping your lover....but you should tell them both that it's just for pleasure and you are not ready for a commitment.
you really need to be making the best of the situation until you get a firm offer of marriage or until the ownership of the house can be agreed.
your bfriend isn't going to give up on the house, so a little quality time between the sheets may help negotiations.

No offence but it really bugs me when women already know a bloke is not the settling down type and then start fretting about wether to broach the subject with him or not! If you want something more serious, speak to him and find out where you stand if it's good news then great if not, just move on and don't get too attached.
Then find someone who's actually right you!

You are in bad water hunny...this is a big no no...your going to hurt you b/f so bad when he finds out...I would keep your mouth shut and move out he cannot stop you and then make your choices..But this is not fair to your b/f at all

you already know he is only interested in having a good time, and doesn't want to settle down,so just don't get hurt when he decides he's been in this place long enough.
