If the veins look healthy and are gradually curving that is simply the loss of fat and the developing of healthy muscle, look at weight lifters. If the veins look like rivers; that is, a lot of switch backs or direction change then that is a lack of fibre in your diet which allows varicose veins. Make sure you get plenty of fibre in your diet(raw fruits and veggies) and varicose veins can be prevented or even cured. Also we're proud of you for wanting to make the world a more beautiful place. It would be nice if more of us realised that the true physical beauty is muscle tone and would trade their face paint for a bit of sun. AHH! now that's beauty. And give us some pictures of result in your Yahoo 360. We're cheering you on. "GO girl!"

This is the international yahoo answers, anone could be reading you know. The veins apear in your legs is normal. When you exercise, your muscles and organs need oxygen to transform the CO2 and transport the toxins from the body so it flows faster and thicker than when at rest. bruising depeds on a person's personal skin pigmentation and indicate damaged cells, but some people show bruises more than others and that is probably normal too.

Youre veins were always there. Contraction of your muscles just brings them out. Nothing to worry about...... :)

You should consult the Instructor at the place you do the workout.
You may be doing what is not advisable to you.
