With the heading indicator displaying 130 and the automatic direction finder pointing to 210 what heading would you use with a fixed card indicator to proceed to the NBA ?

I've never heard of the acronym NBA before. Are you talking about the magnetic bearing to? If so, the formula is MH + RB = MB. Given your numbers, 130 + 210 = 340 would be the magnetic bearing to the station. If that doesn't address your question, please let me know.
Just a side-note: If you want a good memory aid for MH+RB=MB, write me and I'll tell you.
