I'm not sure I believe in reincarnation, but if I did I would venture a couple of ideas.
I've been told that my taste in women is very old time Japanese. While I am fond of the chest and back area like most guys; I prefer the areas of the neck, feet, and arms. Incidentally, this used to be what the geishas of Japan (courtesans or high-class prostitutes more or less) used to accentuate to attract their customers (or dannas, as they were known in the heyday of the geisha). I also have a fondness for fighting and an impatience that were well-known among the samurai. So I'd like to think I was a samurai in a past life.
But I also have a philosopher bent. I'm interested in all things religious, and like to learn about many of the rituals and teachings of all religions. So I wouldn't doubt it if I were a priest of some kind in one of the religions of the world. Christian maybe, but just as likely Aztec or Wicca or Buddhist or so many others. I'm a good teacher, a hallmark of the old Priest ways of all religions (not so much today, but my dislike of the clergy today of all religions may speak that much more to my being a priest--similar to hearing an old man speak how things were in his day and showing anger over how things are now).

Can't say that I truly believe in past lives, but I did have a dream once of being a World War 2 Japanese pilot. I was flying my plane before an atomic blast did me in. I saw the implosion, before the explosion ended my dream. Strange, huh? Now I am a Hispanic male, but not a pilot.

Assuming reincarnation is true, then I am not really sure what I was. I have had a pretty good life, so I couldn't have been that bad.
But I will say that people that definitely do not believe in reincarnation should not answer this question.
