That would be laziness. Who actually gets there. I thought knowledge of this world would take a break when you closed your eyes for the final time.

Because you've gotten stagnate. If you are truly developed, than you'd know that the true wisdom is that we don't KNOW anything and are just scratching the surface. There will always be room for further development, ALWAYS!!!! You just have to keep trying.

That is because the initial enthusiasm ebbs off,things start appearing to be either too difficult ,in which case you dont feel like going ahead or they appear so easy that you feel putting in extra effort for such a small thing is not worth enough

What sector of your life have you come to full development.
If it is your physical sector, it menas you are going downhill, not a plateau.

Possibility; 'We' man are as a god (Gen. 3:5-6) and it may also be part of the division presently in 'Christianity' (here in the USA). Ineffect, we want things to conform to us, not us to conform to something else (God).
