A couple days ago, the guy I liked found out that I liked him for sure (thanks to my "friends" bitching behind my back to be popular) He told them that he kinda knew, cuz I was being a bit obvious.. Now he only talks to me on MSN, and even then all he says is "hi". We used to be really close, and talk to eachother a lot. I want to be his friend now, not anything more. I want things to be the way they were. How do I do that?

Tell him exactly what you just said. He might be a little weirded out because you two have been just friends, but just assure him that it is strictly friendship. It's so hard when you fall for a friend. Good Luck.

you gotta talk to him. admit you like him, and apologize that he found out the way he did. tell him you were not sure how to deal with your feelings, and did not want to wreck your friendship with him. But since he knows you need to talk about it and find out what to do... try to be friends again (it may take a while to get back to where things were before). Ask him how he feels, and understand... he may need time to get used to the fact that you do like him. But don't worry... things should work out. Think about how weird you would feel to find out if a guy friend of yours liked you.

Talk to him in person tell him that you still want to be friends and let go of what the other girls are saying. If not don't be his friend
