I was recently very ill in the hospital in Lake City, Iowa and i was in for dehydration and other things. Anyway there was this awesome nurse whom I really wanted to thank for her help in making me better, her shift was over before i got a chance to talk to her. I was in Stewart Memorial Community Hospital in Lake City, Iowa. I remember she was an NA and her first name was Leah. Thats all i know and their website doesnt give me any info to help me either. Please Help.

This Site may not be a help. Call the Hospital and ask for Leah. Say you want to thank her.

Hi, all you have to do is call the hospital to the floor where you were, and they will give you this information. Tell them you wish to send a sincere thank you and appreciation. This information would also be on your medical records, for either the hospital or you to see. .

Get on the phone and call the hospital's admin. office. Tell them what you told us. Get her name and write her a nice note of thanks. She'll surely be delighted to know how much she helped you. Also, she may be doubly appreciative if you also write a letter to the hospital administration detailing how helpful she was. They would add it to her personnel file.
