I know exactly what I want to get my girlfriend for Valentine's Day but right now, at this point, money is limited. I feel kind of bad because I'm used to spoiling her. I want to get her something special. We've been dating now, I'll say between two and three months. I have mad feelings for her and I want the perfect gift to tell her that I love her. But remember i am on a budget and I can't afford to spend over $50.

$50. You are working with a gold mine. You just need to be creative. Do the romantic dinner thing. Fix her favorite meal and have dinner by candlelight. Buy some scented candles and light them all over where you are. Run her a hot bath and give her a massage with scented oil, sprinkle flower petals in the bath water and on the bed and get some hersheys kisses and put them all over the bed. $50 goes a long way when you are creative. You can also make her a Valentine's coupon book out of constuction paper with love notes and sexy coupons that she can redeem at any time. Put that in a gift bag along with a card and she will remember that forever!

Wow...you could do a lot of things with that. I would do something that shows her how much you love her. Just getting her a gift would do it, but you want to put more into it. One really romantic thing that I would LOVE to see my husband do is cook a meal, or order one in and have it ready at the table by candlelight when I get home. He never gets home before I do, so that will never happen. I would suggest buying her a dozen roses, and then take one to her work place with a small note on it, saying something like "This is for you....the rest will come later". Have someone else take it to her though. That may get her curious and very excited. Then when she gets home, you can have everything ready for her. Anything that you do yourself will mean a lot to her, after all, it's the thought that counts. :)

Gee, you can do LOTS with that money. Something sparkley (can be costume jewellery - lots of pretty earrings (go for hearts), necklaces or bracelets can be had for decent prices; add some chocolate, and some flowers. Should be able to do these three items easily for 30 - 40.

Sometimes jewelry stores (like in the mall) run specials on certain pieces around Valentine's Day. My fiancee (now husband) bought me a beautiful necklace, and it was on Valentine's special for $30.00. Of course, I'd left him hints about it.

A sweet card, flowers(pick up at your local grocery store, not delivered), and dinner. Some places do offer special.

I'd crap my pants if I got a gift that cost $50. That seems more than adequate, and it is not the cost anyway, it's the significance.

A dozen red roses do the trick every time. Extra points if you have them delivered to her workplace. :) Classy, romantic, sweet.
You cannot go wrong with this one.
