My gf & I have been dating for 2 ½ years. Lately she has said we spend too much time together. She has just graduated from college & is working full time. When we started dating we where seeing each other everyday, but she worked in retail & had school too. Now I'm the only one she really interacts with that is around the same age as her. I told her I don’t mind if she goes out w/friends. I know she needs space. She said she’s not really happy in the relationship; it’s gotten boring, she said she still loves me, she said sometimes it’s like we’re dating “out of habit”, & we’re not attracted to each other (I’m very attracted to her, she’s all I can think about). She said she’s thinking long term. She knows if we were to get married she would not be just marrying me but, my family. Our families come for 2 completely diffnt. social & economic backgrounds & I think that scares her. She said she want to be w/me. I love her & want to be with her. What can I do? i have planed a getaway

Some girls just need time and space to think things over. Give her a few days and maybe she will come around

so go away together..it is a perfect chance to talk about everything and be alone i would wait until the second night (assuming it is a weekend thing) and just say you sound bored and i think maybe we are losing touch but understand all i think about is you and on and on...that's about all you can do if she is done then she is done..Good Luck Hun..Have any brothers..LMAO

a getaway is not a very good idea...
relax, i think you two needs space... talk to her whats the best thing to do with your relationship, then accept whatever decision you will decide. this is a tough decision but its reality....

i hate those cultural and social family differences that influence a reltationship. i believe we should chose who we get to be with regardless of race, and class. you guys need to talk and work it out,
