You should not be wanting/craving nicotine so much after 2 months and it is not good for you

The whole idea of the patch it to take yourself off of nicotine all together. So by two months you should be able to do that. With that said, I am a smoker who is trying to quit and it is one of the hardest things I have ever done

You are ingesting a significant amount of nicotine and unless you're "stepping down" in th strength of your patches, you're not helping your addiction; you're making it worse. Instead of intermittent doses of nicotine, you're receiving a constant supply. Sort of like a drunk never sobering up.

I used them , and some one is wright for sure, nicotine nature causes skin irritation over time, and you should kick the habit before that anyway

You may get addicted to the patch, and then they recommend you start smoking again just to get off the patch. Then you need the patch again.

nicotine is toxic at best...and a poison..too much over a long period could cause worse effect then if you would have just kept on smoking....try hypnosis or acupuncture
